The amount of garbage we produce on the planet is staggering. The amount of toxic chemicals we produce daily? You don’t want to know.
I like to think of myself as a conscientious consumer. I try and buy second hand whenever possible. I make all my own skin care. I shop local as much as possible. But I really had no idea the consequence that my occasional paper or lightbulb purchase from Walmart perpetuates.
